Do you ship to my country?

We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it’s very likely we can ship to your country.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

US orders ship USPS.

PLEASE NOTE:***** most products ship arrive in 5 to 7 days, although certain items can take up to 4 weeks in the US for items we ship directly from manufacturing due to demand

For third tier countries, we can only offer proof of shipment, we are not responsible for missing, miss delivered, or damaged items once they are shipped as tracking is not available

Can I change my shipping address or cancel after I place my order?

For change of shipping address or cancelling after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time or cancelled before your item is shipped because orders are sent to our fulfillment team in a few hours and we cannot stop shipment at that point, so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I have a tracking number?

Certain countries we cannot provide tracking as it is not available.Some orders will ship in multiple boxes

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
